I think it is very important that we examine our hearts. The reason why twin A is getting the attention is because she may not be here much longer, therefore people need to show her all the love and support they possibly can.
What would happen if the shoe was on the other foot? Would you like it if people didn't care? And showed no compassion or interest? I think it's extremely important to never stop giving love and never expecting anything in return. Love is kind, love is the best gift of all and will always prevail! And it is out of love we do things and we live, ill will and ill feelings conquer nothing, on the other hand love conquers ALL!!
It may sound like it's a big decision, but it really isn't you know why? Because this could happen to anyone, even you at any given moment, in a different way, we are here to learn and love, to give and to help, this is your own flesh and blood, I have a friend whose only trust is in God, he has NO kidneys, yes you heard me right, he is still alive all because of God's mercy and grace, he needs one but he trusts in God, and has a difficult life, but he's never complained. I have another friend that gave one of her kidneys to her mom and she is so beautiful, always has been inside and out, she helps so many people and works over 50 hrs per week, she is an incredible woman. People like that I truly admire, why don't you give a little love and start gainning? Your family and many others will be very thankful and then don't you think the attention would turn to you? Not that that is the goal here.
The decision is ultimately all yours, you will have to ponder this, or regret it, people do just fine, the donors and God will bless you for it. You too can have attention, it all has to do with our mindset and greatfulness for what we have, appreciation for it. How about focusing on something really good. You can have a great life too.

I feel Twin B has the right to keep her kidneys because:
A. It's her body, her parts.
B. she may get the same crippling disease that Twin A has and have to loose HER kidney. Better fought off with 2.
C. When she gets depressed and starts cutting up, or popping pills, the kidneys will help her not die.
But Twin A should get a kidney, it would be the nice thing to do. I'd do it. Most people would.
It's morally ethical.
It's good karma.
It's good to keep family members around.

You can't force Twin B to give up her kidney, because it's hers. But i would let Twin B know what she is doing. What if she was the one that needed the kidney?
But I would operate on Twin A. Why? Because everyone deserves the right to live, and if a premature death is possible, then i would try to prevent it. I would try my hardest to persude twin B to donate the kidney, and if she gives me her reasons why not, but i don't think that they are good enough, or lame, then i would not take into account her refusal to donate the kidney. I would operate on Twin A and B would have to give up the kidney, because her selfishness is not enough to let her twin die. Especially one that shows more signs of success than her. But this argument would be my last argument, because no one knows the future. This is a very tough decision to make if you were to make it.

No you don't have to, if you don't want to.....but, make sure that your decision isn't based on how you feel about your sister...after all, she is getting all the attention because she is ill, you shouldn't be jealous of that. Think about what you would do if you loved your sister, and living without her would be unbearable. I lost my sister to cancer, if there would have been any type of transplant needed, I wouldn't even think twice, unfortunately, in her case, that was not needed. Try to think it over, and understand your own true feelings, and if you still feel you do not want to do it, than that is your decision and no one can blame you for it. This is a very serious issue, I hope that you give this very serious thought, for it is a decision that you will have to live with for the rest of your life, and no one can make this decision for you. God Bless you and your sister, may you both live a happy and full life.
May God grace your sister with a healthy kidney.

Twin A loves twin B even if twin B may not think so, twin B would probably not be okay without twin A alive especially knowing she could have been saved, Twin B should know good things will come if she does the right thing.

yes it's the right thing to do if you think you feel bad now letting your twin die is not going to help you'll only realize all to late that you should have not been so selfish and helped. imagine what every one else will think of you not to happy I'd imagine . and as far as your depression it's within your self it's up to you to break out of it your twin getting more attention is no reason to harbor ill feelings toward her or any one giving that attention .it's within your power to over come these feelings and be the kind of person you would like to have as a friend and family member .sometimes we cant see the blessings in our lives because we focus on all the things we don't like.

Alright, you want 3 reasons, Here are 3 reasons.
1. You 're going to save the life of a human being, someone who is of flesh and blood like you. That is a worthy thing to do any day
2. If you choose to do the right thing, you may benefit from the law of Karma(What goes around, comes around), and the blessings of the Bible (Do unto others, what you want them to do to you). She'll never forget your gift of life, and if she grows up to be someone great in future, you'll be the major beneficiary.
3. She's your sister, your flesh and blood. Forget about your feelings, they can change like the weather... Your blood ties is forever, no matter what you do.
There! thats 3 reasons... So please tell twin B to stop acting callous and insensitive, and

How could you ask why?? you said it in the 1st.sentence! she will die in few months! How many other reasons do you need? If you have the ability to save someones life-especially your own sister-do it! you may be suprised at the bond they may have after it's all done with. I know it's gotta be scary but there really is no other choice as I see it.

If you're so messed up in the head to let your own twin die and you can live with yourself then do whatever you want, it's your kidney, but why hog 2 good kidneys when your twin needed one.

Love, charity, generosity and kindness cannot be forced. And no-one has the right to take Twin B's kidney without her permission.
