in october i purchased some 7 for all mankind mens a pockets at neiman marcus. the stiching on the bold a on the right back pocket is coming loose in one part and is falling off can i take them back tp neimans? What can i do?

Neimans is pretty decent about such things. Take them back.

Yes try to take them back if you have your receipt. Most high end department stores are very good about the exchange/return policy. For future reference, I know people seem to love 7 jeans, but there are wayyy better out there. I have some (womens) and the fit and quality is not as good as some with comparable prices.

oh definately take it back. and remember the customer is always right. and also remember that the squeaky wheel gets the grease !!!!!!.
now, it would help if you still had your receipt but even if you do not it should not be a problem Nieman Marcus is pretty cool about taking something back==know what i mean jelly bean ???

Yes you should be able to return them. Do you know the return policy? Do you still have your receipt? It seems like a manufacture defect.
