It should be 'deduction of' and 'cost of'. 'Deduction for' might imply that the full amount of the unpaid rent would not necessarily be deducted, while 'deduction of' unequivocally states that any unpaid rent will be deducted from the deposit. The same applies to 'cost of room restoration'.

of is better here.

A deduction *of* some amount *for* some purpose.

Since you are saying that you will deduct the money equal to the unpaid rent and cost of room restoration you want "of", even though that's what it's *for* also.

Sometimes only one or the other will do:

"A deduction of $1 for each insect eaten will be charged"
*not*
"A deduction for $1 of each insect eaten..."

A deduction for my children
*not*
A deduction of my children

A deduction of 15%! (will be granted)
or
A deduction for 15%! (15% of the people will get some deduction)

Strictly in grammatical terms, öf"would make more sense but as you might know, we tend to bend some of the literary rules while engaged in business correspondence and this is one of them. Using FOR would not technically be wrong but OF would be technically and grammatically more appropriate.
Cheers.
