Me and my friends are planning to go to Mexico soon, but my concern is if I'm going to have any problems on the border when returning to USA. I'm not US citizen but I am a permanent resident (I have "Green Card"). I appreciate your answers!

You valid passport and green card will be sufficient. You should not have any trouble with those two documents in hand.

If you have a green card, what you need to show as you return to the U.S. is your Green Card. Sometimes you should even show your passport but usually it's enough with your Green Card. This card serves as your passport in a sense. Have fun in Mexico!!
