He can take Rummy and Dick and Lynn (Agnes) Cheney along too. They will be unstoppable and the Iraqis will be able to show them their special love and gratitude for all they've done for them.

Hey, Our democracy works so good that I think we should send the whole Bush administration over there. Dubya can be their president for the next eight years or even more. It's a great fit since Iraqis probably don't know what a habeas corpus is, so they wouldn't miss it and most of them probably don't care if their phones are tapped. They might have a problem with him taking 5 or 6 vacations a year but hey, just so he stay over there, I don't care.
Of course assuming the war is still going on I don't think it would happen. Bush & Cheney have been advoiding war zones for about 35 years now.

They should land in the middle of Sadr City in a hot air balloon decorated with the American flag! Hopefully the curfews will be lifted so the kids can go outside to see the spectacle. It should coincide with the US July 4 celebration since Iraq has first rate US style democracy to celebrate! Spreading love all over the world, one Mideastern country at a time!!
