I would ask Santa for a kind hearted plumber (who is licensed and insured) to come asap to fix the cold water shut off valve and put in my new sink.
I've been quoted crazy prices, which I cannot afford!!
My friend's plumber was only going to charge me $200.
But he wasn't insured, and my apt building management demands it. I've been quoted prices from $660 all the way to $1200!!
It would take less than an hour! To me that's highway robbery.
This will make me very depressed thru the Holiday season, and I won't be having a merry Xmas at all!!

I hope Santa reads my reply and sends me a fairy godmother/ or godfather who will make a miracle for me and get me an affordable plumber!!
