Depends on what you value about the class - if's it's a total snoozer and easy, and you don't think you'll learn anything, then don't bother. But if you are actually learning and excelling in the class, then why not go? what's it going to hurt, ya know?

Go & take the final anyways. If you're in high school, that A could go to a C with 3 absences. If it's college, I'd still go. You want to show the teacher/professor that you care about his/her class, regardless of the promised grade.

I say, go to at least the last two. Going to the end shows commitment, and the teacher will notice. Besides, you can sleep or not pay attention but you'll still be there if (for some strange reason) something important comes up. Maybe you'll be able to help some of your classmates out.

Yeah I wouldn't even bother going to the last classes if I know I am guaranteed to get a certain grade.
