Your page will need to get crawled by a bot to be displayed in it's index. Under your Google account sign up for "Webmaster Tools" and you can submit your site to get crawled and analyze it with neat tools as well. But generally your page ranking will be based upon Google's ranking algorithm which is 'top secret.'
