"Jelly Belly" :D we've all had it at some time.
Try eating well, in moderation, take your son out to the park, jog with him in a stroller, Run around playing ball..
Generally running around after an active todler and eating well will lose lbs - fast!
Best of luck.

It depends on you. Most women loose the "baby belly" by just eating right and exercising with plenty of cardio, and eventually it will start looking like it did pre-baby. That's what I did (I have two kids). However, for some women, it doesn't matter what you do. If you normally tend to gain a lot in the belly area or if you have poor elasticity in your skin, it might be much harder to get rid of. Or you may loose the fat, but you're left with saggy skin.

Do cardio for at least 30 minutes a day (or as your toddler allows. I find it impossible to get more than 15 minutes of exercise with my 3 month old!)
Sit-ups are always good too. Get your kid involved with your exercise if you can (dance together, have him lay on your legs so you can sit up to kiss him, etc...)

Put your child in a stroller and take them for walks (When weather allows). Do cardio, cut back on fatty, greasy, processed foods (Processed foods contain a lot of sodium and can make you retain water). As you start to lose weight start doing Pilates. They will help tone you up as you lose weight.
