well my bosses are quite immature, they quarrel alot over different products, i am required to do alot of running around for them, i have 1 other collegue but he is never here during the day, my office is quite large but my bosses are always using it for their various projects and leaving me to clean it up, i never get done what i need to get done for the day, i dont get paid nearly enough, there is no sickness leave i cant take time off even if im violently ill. And after all this when i crawl into bed at night more often than not theres a call from one of my bosses wanting me to cater to one of their needs.......yes i'm a stay at home mum, lmao......exhausting, poorly paid, often stressful, but more than worth it.

The office is dreary - no windows unless you're "special".
1/2 of the people are fun to be with.
1/4 of the people are "just there".
1/4 of the people I'd rather not associate with, but have to.
Owner has no sense of humor, so it's a good thing my direct boss does.
The only benefit we really have is that we get free coffee and a bathroom that works 1/2 the time.
Dang. I shouldn't have responded. Looks like it's time to start the job hunt.

I would describe the working environment at my company as very supportive, friendly, serene, uplifting, and a wonderful place to work.

Quite negative.
I, too, have an awful boss who is mean and crazy, and the way she runs things creates an environment of backstabbing, a$$kissing paranoia. It's also full of negative drama and tattling.

Horrible
I work with a bully
my boss is clueless, and the bully pushes her around so I can't even go to my boss for help
Half of the office is bitter old women whose lives suck so they want to makes yours hell as well
My boss's boss is a chauvinist pig who yells out his office door when he wants one of the assistants (all women) to help him with something.
Women all have to do kitchen and reception duties...the men don't no matter what their position is.
I hate this place. I have been on a few interviews so NEW YEAR>>>NEW JOB!

do talk to those who are already working there, you can probably visit the cafetaria of the company that you are going to join and be friend any of those around and start enquiring. you should state when you are going to join, understand the culture out there, welfare measures etc
