Does yahoo take a better look at your questions when you have them pulled frequently?

I can't seem to get my questions posted...where are they going?

I used to have another account. I went through a stage where every question I asked (all fun questions on P&S) was getting pulled so it definitely seemed as though I was getting monitered.
I got so fed up with having 10 violations a day, that I gave up on asking questions.
