I have tried Pinesol, alcohol, peroxide and Zout.

may be set now after using other things, but I have used a red colored furniture polish liquid to clean dried acrylic paint on paint pans, brushes, clothes, hair, etc. It works most of the time. I think you can get it at most major grocery stores and it doesn't cost much. My son spilled model enamel on a carpet and we used Formula 409 liquid and it took it up. Hope one of these help. acetone will take it off, but be careful not to let it influence too long, so that the cloth itself wont damage. put it under the water faucet immediately it starts to soften

I once removed acrylic paint succesfully from a leathercoat with a sand paper.

the third way is to use hotblower, so that the acryl will soften a bit, but there is a small risk that the canvas melts if it is not cotton.

You should try Goo Gone. It works very well at getting dried housepaint off clothing, so it would probably work on acrylic paint too.

From what I know, its permanent. You may try using a bit of oil to rub it out, but most of the time the paint usually doesn't come out of most materials.

acrylic is perminant....i have tried everything also
