Did you get any contact information from your interviewer? If so, send an email stating that you enjoyed the over the phone interview and the position sounds like the job that you've been looking for. Reiterate that you're still interested in the position.
A few days after the email, call them and check the status. They may still be interviewing other candidates.

Give them no more than two days, unless they gave you a specific date that they were going to call you back or let you know in writing.

If they didn't tell you, I would wait about a week and then I would call them back.
