its very much possible that the spyware is located in the cookies from your internet browsing which you should be careful of what you go to,

try this go to tools>internet options...>delete cookies
tools>internet options...>delete files.

if this doesnt work try using a virus scanner search yahoo for a free virus scanner and check your recent downloads and scan them specificly.

happy to help,

The probable reason for this could be that somebody may have accessed some porn site from the system.

Solution--->

There is a pop-up blocker in the internet explorer.

Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools-->Internet Options
Go to Privacy Tab
In the bottom there is a check box to block pop-up
In addition to this u may also increase the security level settings of ur internet explorer from the security tab.

Try it quickly.

Live and let live which in this context implies that while users enjoy the free service they ought to be ready to put up with some ads as the provider has to make some bugs to continue providing the free service!

Try AVG spyware scanner. Its better. But remember to update the software before you do a scan.
