i'm guessing ribosomes & endoplastic reticulum
but i may be wrong it's just the first two that popped into my head when you mentioned cell & anaerobic respiration

well, in the cytoplasm lactic acid fermentation occurs, which doesnt require oxygen.
respiration occurs in the mitochondria, which requires oxygen to produce energy.

in the stroma of the mitochondria.. dat's one pplace am sure abt.. but the other may be the cytoplasm.. i dunno..
