Okay you said for a teenager right? Well cosmogirl is so inappropriate for tweens or teenagers it's for sixteen year olds. Seventeen is good but its very thin and doesnt have a lot of things in it. And if you are really interested in fashion and hollywood life and whats going on teen vogue is your best choice.

No- never. They mostly advertise clothing companies, perfumes, stores and skincare/makeup products.
