Well Dipset are bloods so them trying to rep Calli is an understatement when they rep Harlem. But the reason why rap music from New York seems lame or whatever you want to call it is because music follows a trend. When the North was hot people werent really dancing in the clubs; thier music isnt club music but when the South took the title; down here we like to dance either snapping/popping so now the world that listen to rap music they are forced to dance. Now lets be clear, the South wont run the trend forever in a few years the West coast my take the title and we all might be crip walking or whatever they make "hot". "Lip gloss" is the dumbest d@mn song out right now but we allowed that "Chicken Noddle Soup" crap to blow up and that made her think she could put anything out. Also the Fabulous and Fat Joe's know what makes money and for thier careers to continue to florish they better (and they did) come down South to visit the clubs and see what was in and took notes so the next time they had a studio session they knew what time it was to get in the radio rotation outside NY,NJ,VA etc

New York of course. That's where the real rappers are at . Not just black rappers,but latinos are preety good at rapping 2. But yeah, NY has the crown. No Doubt 'bout it.

Biggie was from the hood.Tupac was a manufactured rapper who went to the infamous Fame school.He studied Shakespeare and originally wanted to be a broadway actor.

Neither, ATL has the better rappers. But I would choose Tupac over Biggie any day.
