the truth to some matters can be very unsettling....and a lot of people would rather not know and look the other way....it doesn't change things....truth is truth....some know and some chose to not know.....

it's bad because people do not want to hear criticism. Who cannot deal with the truth can stay away from ppl tellin the truth.
I prefer ppl telling me a truth - it teaches me to be a better person (to avoid mistakes).

You only need two good reasons.
First, it is good to know because it gives you total awareness.
And lastly, it is bad when you do something that is evil or negative and you know it.
