SPX doesn't publish any of their material in any electronic format.
If you need OBD II data, you can go here----->

You will find most all the DTCs and their descriptions there. The only limitation is that there are some manufacturers that don't release their proprietary OBD II code descriptions, just the generic SAE descriptions.
But there are sites that Do have the factory data.
As far as "live data" and freeze frame, the manual doesn't really help much because every manufacturer has different parameters and different data.
