I have tried so many times to stop smoking and find myself back in the same rut with the guilt to boot. I know that its unhealthy,costly, but yet the addiction part of it gets me everytime.I really don't want to wake up anymore wanting a cig,or crave one during stressful times . I want to go into 2007 smoke free.any advice would be well appreciated.I have thought about patches,hypnosis,zyban.
