I have tried so many times to stop smoking and find myself back in the same rut with the guilt to boot. I know that its unhealthy, costly, but yet the addiction part of it gets me everytime.I really don't want to wake up anymore wanting a cig,or crave one during stressful times . I want to go into 2007 smoke free.any advice would be well appreciated.I have thought about patches, hypnosis, zyban. I'd rather not take another prescription im already on four others. feel free to write back or message me. by the way my name is Susan.

Tried it, didn't work, cold turkey worked best, and keeping info, and pics of lung cancer, near by helped. It's very hard, no matter which you try, but it can be done, best of luck, A friend subsituted popcycles, for the cravings, I don't like them, but it worked for her.

Everyone is different. I know people it has worked for, but it never worked for me. Consider acupuncture though, that did work for a short time for me. Also, the laser treatment is supposed to work well.

if you want to quit smoking and your willing to get hypnotized to do it, it will work. but you have to really want to quit, dont just do it because someone wants you to. it is a fact that unless you really want to change and your comfortable with the hypnotist and being hypnotized, hypnosis really works to help smokers quit.
