Which way does mars spin? Looking from it's North Pole.?

The same direction as the Earth. From West to East. In fact, IIRC, the only planet with a retrograde rotation is Venus.

Mars spins the same direction as the Earth, only slightly slower. So, from a point above its north pole, an observer would see Mars turning counter-clockwise.
