Its a new theory that would explane black hole like objects but without violating the laws of physics like current black hole theorys do... If you dont know what im talking about dont worry theres hardly anything on the web that explains it very well because I think the theory is still kinda going through growing pains :) but basicaly its just a giant vaccume cleaner that looks like a black hole and converts energy in a funky way.

Black Holes do not violate the laws of physics, nor is that the reason for Dark Energy. Dark Energy was proprosed when it was observed that stars on the outer edge of the galaxy moved just as fast as stars closer to the center (black hole center btw). This defied the law of gravity, so scientists made a few theories, one of which was Dark Matter. However, when they discovered Dark Matter, they also discovered that it didn't account for all of the difference, so they made another theory of Dark Energy.

Dark matter is matter that doesn't absorb light. Dark energy is what is causing the accelerated expansion of the universe, hence they're repulsive, not attractive. Black holes on the other hand are massive things with a tremendous gravitational pull that even light can't escape from. Therefore black holes can't be dark energy.
Also, I don't know where you get the notion that black holes violate the laws of physics.

Just because a black hole prevents even light from escaping doesn't mean it violates the laws of Physics.....
Black holes are predicted by General Relativity.
I would still like someone to explain why they think black holes violate the laws of Physics. The people here who claim that have not given any explanation.

"Dark energy" is a provocative name like "the missing link" that create a mystery in the minds of people. Such names infer that there is a solution to the mystery if only we spend enough capitol in the search. Neither; of course, exist but the idea will employ scads of scientists for years into the future. Dark matter must exist in order for the "big bang" to have occurred. It is a very large arbitrary number. Arbitrary according to whether you want the universe to continue expanding or whether you want it to contract. I have not heard of dark matter stars but they still have the problem of " what is the universe expanding into" and "how did all this matter come into being before the big bang". My personal opinion is that an entirely different theory must be found to explain the existence of the universe. Something maybe, between, David Bohm's implicate order and Neils Bohr's vitalism.
But then again it is just a guess.
good Luck ...

Dark energy or dark matter is an invention to try to explain the rotation of galaxies.
The assumption being that a galaxy is a satellite system like the solar system. This assumption may be incorrect negating the need for dark matter.
The black hole violates the principal that limits the speed of light!
