IMMEDIATELY CONSULT A DOCTOR! You could be having an internal bleeding. And that is extremely dangerous. Go to the emergency room if you can't go to your regular doctor right away.
I hope you're not too seriously injured. Good luck....

When you fall on the ice, you jar a lot of things. If the pain is bad, I would go see your doctor, but if the pain get's severe, go to the ER. Sometimes freak accidents do occur. You could just have some internal bruising, which in it's own, is very painful.

Pain is an indication of 'something is wrong' - your body is talking to you. A hard fall on your bottom could pop a blood vessel, pull a muscle, aggravate a stomach hernia, or a dozen such things. The rule of thumb is if you don't know exactly whats wrong and pain lasts for three days - see a doctor.
