Cut the leaves when they are completely dry, Put it in an airtight container or ziplock bag and it will remain fresh in the refrigerator all the time.
The trick is to keep water out of it.

don't wet it, wrap it with newspapers and put it in a airtight plastic box. Then leave it in the vegetable compartment. It can stay good for at least a week. Let me know if this works for you

wrap them in a moist, not wet, paper towel. Change the towel every few days to help prevent bacteria from growing.
