Can anyone tell me how I would cite, using APA, a webpage with an unknown author? Do I just use unknown or is there a certain way I am supposed to do it?

It really depends on the sort of web page it is.
Most web pages are maintained by SOMEBODY.
You also really need to be careful using web pages as a reference; such things as Wikipedia are not considered authorative simply because they can be edited or written by anybody, with dubious credentials.

Too, web pages with no identification as to who wrote them should not be considered authorative as there is no way to verify that the information you found is actually true.

If you are using the web page as an example, you can just use the name of the page, and state that there was no author referenced on the page.

Also, oftentimes, a web page might be part of a larger site. For example something like myhistory/early_years/year6 may not list an author, but if you go back to the root myhistory/ you will find an author there.

An example from the Student Guidebook to Resources and Citation, by Pearson Custom Publishing lists a reference as follows;
"Microsoft Investor Relations. Retrieved February 24, 2004, from http://www.microsoft.com/msft"

This citation obvously lists no author, and may be suitable for your purposes.

Good luck.
