There are some great ideas that can help. Aloe capsules do create gas and some pain - but everything WILL come out. One thing that would benefit your overall health, immune system and get you on the right track to a healthier lifestyle is to see a nurse practitioner who does colon flushing. They give you supplements such as ones that contain coal and other bowel cleansing ingredients and run a series of colon flushes with water and a special suctioning device. This sounds gross but you wouldn't believe all of the stuff that just keeps coming out. They will recommend a certain diet for a time and that you eat foods that will help your overall health. It does cost some money - but will be worth it to feel so much better. If you have a UTI now - you need to see your doctor and get on an antibiotic first so that you don't end up with a kidney infection or something worse and ending up in the ER. Tea doesn't really expire that I know of - but the potency could be limited. You can have a UTI anywhere in your urinary tract and not feel a thing. The colon flushing is an alternative homeopathic kind of treatment - your doctor won't tell you about because they focus on what happens after you destroy your body by all of the garbage you eat and not on what is best for preventative maintenance.

Medically you would be considered constipated if you did not have a bowel movement for 72 hours or 3 days. If you have no medical problems try taking 2 laxative tablets. I would advise you to use a mild one. Increase your fluid intake. Increased fluids help you to produce and pass feces. Follow the ins ructions on the box. If your stomach becomes bloated or you have any pain. Do not take laxative. And go see a doctor. I would add more fiber to your diet. That usually helps. I like fiber sure the best.

If you are having routine bowel movements then you are not constipated. Sounds like you are bloated and may have a slight UTI. If the symptoms continue and bother you then see the doc. Do not use the tea as you mentioned it is old and you also mentioned that you are having regular bowel movements.

A cup of espresso and a cigarette I even have heard of a BigMac doing the interest - I unquestionably would not advise the ingesting of plastic for therapeutic nonetheless. As you're on the alternative medicine internet site i could advise basically a organic wholefood alongside with CHIA SEEDS aka happy seeds. they are jam packed with fibre, help with melancholy, short interest span, coronary heart dis-ease, they are an anti inflammatory, lowers extreme blood tension, super for diabetes, thins the blood - fairly it may be much less confusing to record what they do no longer do. hint; If the foodstuff won't manage to turn undesirable - that's undesirable for you. "while foodstuff ordinary is incorrect, medicine is of little need. while foodstuff ordinary is right, medicine is of no choose" An historic Ayuverdic proverb.

You could have a bladder infection and constipation. Go the doctor for your bladder infection and soak in a hot tub of water (this relaxes your muscles in order to help you have a bowel movement) you can also buy stool softeners to help you have a bowel movement. But as always it's best to go to your doctor and tell him all of you symptoms and see what he or she suggests.

Eat more fresh fruit and raw vegetables, and drink plenty of water. Try fast walking about a mile or two as well. If the problem persists, then I would recommend either trying a laxative, and/or calling you're doctor. It could be that you are in need of an enema (I say that with all seriousness).

Sounds like kidney stones to me.

Update: You give me a thumbs down, but mark my words. The symptoms you describe are exactly those I experienced before each of two kidney stone attacks.
