I have soo many damn problems, and I know everyone has problems.
But I'm so freaking stressed out, and I don't know what to do!?
I feel like I'm going out of my mind here.
I can't talk to anybody cause i just moved so I hav'nt made any friends yet.
If I don't do something I'm going to end up in a mental institution.
Help?

Here's what's troubling me:
7 months ago I was taken out of my home by CPS (child protective services) on some bogus crap about my step-father abusing me. I was put in a foster home for 7 months away from the only family I knew, my step-fathers family.
My mother was given custody of me as long as she left the state I grew up in and divorced my step-father.
I moved from Texas to Georgia, and I left everything in Texas.
My family, friends (especially my best friend) everything.
I hate it here in Georgia, everyone is so mean. From the kids at school to the random stranger on the street everyone is an asshole.
And to make things worse I'm failing classes in school. My mother is becoming an alcoholic, and we live from paycheck to paycheck. Even as I type this I can hear my mother crying in the other room, probably because she doesn't know how we are going to pay the rent this month.
I'm thinking about packing up and leaving the country without a word.
I don't know what to do.
Help?

yes i do feel like the only person in the universeI thought I was the only one that felt like that. I too am alone and what makes it worse is I have no family either parents are dead and was an only child. It is not easy but try to stay busy. also keep in mind what kind of friends you choose it is a long process it takes time. but please do be careful what kind of friends you choose some will only use you and you could wind up feeling worse. you want true solid friendships we all do. time is what is so hard. but keep trying and you will find someone just like you. good luck I hope I helped.

calm down and think like this: 5 years from now, will this problem matter? Or am I making too big a deal of it?

Just deal with things as they come. You can't control what has already happened - no one can. You can only deal with things the best way you know how. It could be worse. It can always be worse.

Most people have moments like that... moments that pass and you weather it out.. Plan as best as you can, hope for the best and remember, time keeps on moving and your next moment will remove u from the one that you are in so build on it and keep positive.

Physical activity gym, running, walking helps to allievate stress.
Pets are life savers
Aromatherapy can relax u and change ur mood.

It'll be ok, keep your head up!

Drop some of your extracurricular activities, lose that feeling of obligation, put off the work that can wait till tomorrow and take a nice long walk. Your mental health is more important than your work.

i'm sorry to hear this, i kind of feel the same way. all my good friends have moves. i think you should calm down, and relax. enjoy life while it still lasts. also, it's never too late to make new friends. don't worry, it will come to an end, that's how it happened to me. it's getting better for me though./ good luck.

Welcome to life. It should pass, and soon you'll have friends. Try going out or asking sombody at work or at school to goto lunch with you or somehting. Put yourself put there. Join a gym do yoga something where there are people that you can talk to or mingle with. I hope that you feel better soon.

In a way it's meant to be that way, you're entire world is built around your own personal perspective created from experiences and reactions that only you have uniquely.
