Think of all your interests & ask yourself if any of those could be expanded into a business. Just keep in mind...what's your expertise? What are your interests? What could you imagine yourself doing?

By researching the prospect of starting your own business -- what it entails, what you need to know, helpful hints, etc -- you'll feel better prepared to take that plunge.

I found some book titles that are relevant to your specific question:

* 101 Internet Businesses You Can Start from Home by Susan Sweeney
* The Best Home Businesses for the 21st Century by Paul Edwards
* Selling Online: How to Become a Successful E-Commerce Merchant by Jim Carroll
* I Could Do Anything If I Only Knew What It Was: How to Discover What You Really Want and How to Get It by Barbara Sher
* I Don't Know What I Want, But I Know It's Not This: A Step-by-Step Guide to Finding Gratifying Work by Julie Jansen
* The Best Internet Businesses You Can Start by Marian Betancourt
* The Shoestring Entrepreneur's Guide to Internet Start-Ups by Robert Spiegel
* Making a Living Without a Job : Winning Ways For Creating Work That You Love by Barbara Winter

I also posted some article links in the source box.

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!

Well, I know this sounds crazy, and I don't know you,andI cant promise you anything, but I have a business on the internet that is profitable and growng beyond what I can internally develope. Now this is an unusual situation in that;
1) I am fully capitalized, so I'm not looking for you to invest any money. If I were looking to take investors they would be looking to control what Im doing.
2) This isn't a job, so willnot interfere with or risk the security of what you are already doing, you can work it as much or as little as you desire.
3) I don't need you to figure anything out because we already have the business plan all worked out, we dont need any particular expertise.
The bottomline is im looking for a few key people that I can trust and I intend to share wealth withthem so I can keep growing.
Give me a call, or E-Mail me so we can communicate on an informational basis and give you a thumbnail sketch of what Im doing-Durring this time I will be able to explain to you how the business works, the companies behind it, how the business got started, and the profit potential. After that we can decide if we want to do business together. Depending on your skills and what you like to do, you could start an upholstery business and get some help for that at www.carrscorner.com . Or you could start a business consulting business, lots of info on that on the net.
Good luck!
