Ok I use a dial up connection, and if someone calls I get kicked off the internet. I know other people that don't have this problem. Is there something that I am to set to make this stop? Please give me the step by step process if you know it.

It depends on what you are using it is in the program settings such as netzero, aol. You have to find where it says disable call waiting, cause that is the only reason you would get kicked off.
