sounds such as you have gotten a quick or your PSU is purely too small. commence with the aid of unplugging all of the means cables from each thing (alongside with followers) different than the motherboard, go away the ATX (vast connector) in and the ATX12v (sq. element with 4 or 6 pins), interior the motherboard besides. additionally go away the video card plugged in if it needs juice. attempt turning on. If it comes up, which skill certainly one of your peripherals (drives and so on) is broken, attempt them one with the aid of one to discover the criminal. If it nonetheless doesnt artwork, take the PSU out of the laptop. turn off the change, and interior the vast ATX plug use a paper clip to bridge the eco-friendly twine and any of the black ones- NO OTHERS. it fairly is the sign the mobo sends to tutor the PSU on. once you turn on the change the PSU could come on and fan commence spinning. Use a volt meter in case you have one- yellow-black is 12v, crimson-black is 5v. additionally verify the rankings. if your psu is rated for under 500-650w and you have an excellent style of extreme overall performance factors, you would be overloading it. that could reason those jumps... //edit after analyzing info- attempt making use of the comparable PSU in yet another laptop, or yet another PSU on your new laptop. it relatively is unquestionably one of two issues- undesirable psu (that powers up with basically a fan, bur cant handle any load), or undesirable mobo. Sucks for you the two way :(

From the looks of it, it seems like your psu (power supply) is dead. there are many things you can do to see if it is the psu, first thing id reccomend is to check to see if the green LED light on your motherboard lit, if it isnt your motherboard isnt recieving seficient power. you might end up having to buy a new one.
