Ummmm, I don't think there were any "original colors of Christmas"...
There are three tradidtional colors associated with Christmas
RED - for either the blood of animals that kept people fed in the winter or the blood of Christ, depending on your religious preference
GREEN - for the evergreen which symbolizes eternal life
WHITE - which symbolizes the snow of winter OR the purity of the Virgin Mary, again depending on your religious preference.
Also, Blue is a predominate Christmas color to honor the Virgin Mary.
As far as I know, these colors have not changed.
