One reason is that most men make such a big deal about them - their ideal woman has blonde hair and blue eyes. I swear, it doesn't matter what a woman's face or personality is like, if she has a hot body and long blonde hair guys go nuts over her.

It's weird. They themselves portray themselves as stupid. Yeah, my avatar is brunette, but, the blonde on there is too blonde for my hair color, which is a mixture of both. I'm not stupid at all, and I have blonde in my hair. Yeah, I have "blonde moments", aka "funny, idiotic moments", heck I have 'em all the time, but I'm not stupid. My friend Sydney is a straight-A student, and her hair is very blonde. It's just that so many blondes out there do it for themselves, causing other people to believe that blondes = stupid people. That's not always true, though.

Too much peroxide and a heavy influencing from the media; not all blondes are bad. I admit some are airheads though, that's just my opinion because you asked.

I don't know exactly. Long natural blonde hair is very eye-catching and desirable by most men. Perhaps envy is the culprit.
