Do you think black eyeline on bottom, and a glittery blue on top looks okay? I think it looks good. But i just wanted to know, if you think itd look stupid. Thanks. =D.

I normally just wear black on bottom && black mascara. But that got boring to me. I mean, i know its up to me, but i dont want to look like a complete idiot.

Have an attitude of your own! Wear it whichever way you like or prefer! If you believe you look good then you look good!
This can look good and hot on some girls, but not on others... you are the one to judge in your case ;-)

I love black eyeliner on bottom. I do think glittery make-up looks nice, but should be reserved for appropriate events.

I think it would look great if you being yourself and you know how to make it look right with you look. I think on the top you should put the black eyeliner on top and the glitter on top of that. Then the glitter with stand out. But you don't have to listen to me, be you.

Black eyeliner on top.. no eyeliner on the bottom. Eyeliner on the bottom makes your eyes look smaller.. leave the glitter alone !! lol

Wear it i even if it only looks good 2 you. Remember this... DO YOU (as in be yourself). I put black eyeliner on the bottom sometimes by itself and it looks alright to me.

I think it depends on your age. If you are a teenager or in your early 20s, I think you can pull it off. If you are over 30, likely not. Don't lay it on too dark or the contrasting colors woll make you look whorey. But if you think it looks good, that's what really matters!
