No, Taco Bell is supposedly the safest fast food chain, because all of the food arrives at the restaurant pre-cooked and then they just do the assembling and reheating.

I agree with some of the other answers. It all depends on the restaurant management and how well the works follow the safe food handling protocol.

However well they may cook the meats, there is always a chance that ecoli can pop up if the employees are not handling the food properly.

Otherwise, you can normally enter into any restaurant and tell right away if it is a healthy place to eat at.

i work at taco bell, and i personally think that it is very clean, and that any of the problems with e-coli or anything like that is all from the manufacturing company not Taco Bell, because everything that we receive is pre packaged, pre assembled, the only thing we do is put it into pans, and then make the tacos, or do the frying. So Taco Bell is not to blame for the E-coli its the manufactures of the green onions.

It's pretty hard to make people sick at Taco Bell, unless you completely don't do your job. The food is safe. There is no threat to get E Coli at Taco Bell right now. In fact, the E Coli incident isn't even their fault. The green onions carried E Coli before they even entered the store.

Based on that, aren't you simply begging for it if you eat at any fast food place or eat undercooked meat or raw veggies or leafy veggies? Absolutely you are not. Taco Bell because of their procedures, is actually the safest fast food place to eat. What they are saying is that is probably came from some veggies- which all fast food restaurants get and use.
