No. You shouldn't say anything. It will make matters worse if anything.

Safety first Chica..you should not be in a car with a temp driver. He is not a mamas boy but has a smart mom who pays attention to whom is involved in her sons life. Do not say anything to mom or else she will be telling her son it is not a good idea to see you. Talk to him.

I know you are upset at what happened,But if you really like your bf i wouldn't make him mad by saying he's a mama's boy. Just ask him what happened. Or she maybe over protective of him. And that's something he can't help and i wouldn't be mad at him, over it.

And what would happen if you all got pulled over? She's just being a good mother to her son and is has nothing to do with not wanting you around. Quit being so paranoid.

You sound like a very sensitive and intelligent person. Mind you, I do presently have serious brain damage!

that's not necessarily a "mama's boy", she's just being protective of her son.
