I understand that there's a time and a place for everything, and there's times that it's inappropriate. Does anyone enjoy sarcasm?

I don't think it's bad to use. I use it all the time. It's like you said-- " There's a place and time for it.

Simple examples of sarcasm.

Bimbo: You sleep???
Me : Yes.

Nuthead who calls me on the phone while I'm at work : "Hey, what are you doing?"
Me to Nuthead : " Jump-roping dangit!"

Me to young Slowpoke : "Take your time son."

Me to Mr. or Ms. Rude : "Thank you for your hostility."

Sometimes a little sarcasm gets a point across a lot better for some people.

I love sarcasm - a touch of irony never killed anyone and as you say in your question as long as it's an appropriate time/place i have no problems with it. I give as good as i get with my friends but wouldn't use it in formal situations. But i would say sarcasm is a bad attribute to have when using email or instant messaging cos it's too hard to convey.

If you can limit it and use it at the right times, it's rather humourous. Look at the bad and good qualties of something, and then try and think of how you can manage the bad qualities.

Good qualities of sarcasm: funny
bad qualities of sarcasm: rude

How to manage it?: limit it to appropriate times, hanging out with friends. If you can manage it, its not a bad trait.

Sarcasm for me is something negative...but it can prove useful at times at opportune times. ..depending upon its usage. It's not something to be enjoyed with...but could be something we have to defend ourselves with.

No I don't enjoy being sarcastic & no it's not a God-like trait that should be practiced by true Christians, but some people on this forum who ask ignorant and racist question on here tend to push you to be mean. Don't worry I wasn't referring to your question as being ignorant. Your question is legit.

Sarcasm, misused, is the evil twin of true wit. Used appropriately, each is a welcome change from the mundane.
