At my work one of the older lady"s (around 75yrs. old) didn't like how I did something in the office. She started calling me stupid and what not, so I went off on her verbally. I wanted to say more but I did'nt. By the way she is a real b###>

Just because someone is a b###, that means you get to be an A###? Not unless you're an A### already, son! You brought yourself down to her level. You should apologize so you can be the good one again. And if you're not an A###, then never let yourself been seen acting like one.

It would be a little better to calmly say something like, "Calling a co-worker 'stupid' is inappropriate and unprofessional. I don't care if I'm younger than you, you have no right to speak to me that way." Then walk away.
