So there's this guy and he's sooooo cuter and nice and he notices me and it seems like he'd like to talk to me but I'm so shy when it comes to talking to cute guys and I really don't know what to do.

don't try to be something that you are not, if you do then, you are just lieing to yourself. Like if he thinks that you like something that he likes but you don't like, then he will try to make conversation with you about the tpoic and sooner or later he will find out that you are a fake, and won't trust you on other things, and think that you are a lier. The last thing you won't to do is lie.
When he comes over take a deep breath and think about what you want to so say. (If it helps, say what you want to say to the mirror, to practice.(I know it may sound stupid living with siblings, but then get a protible mirror) Try to think a couple of minutes before hand to get the feel of saying what you want to say before you actually say it if that helps.
If you want to know if he is flirting tell your best friend in the whole world (I think you know who I am talking about)

if a guy flirts with u or like keeps makin eye contact wit u he either likes you or thinkd ur real hott or sumthin
if u want a guy to like you you have to talk alot wit him and like stay close AND NOT BEING SHY

he likes you because he notices you. he may be shy also or waiting for you to give the first move. sometimes you only get one shot. I say tell him or wear somthing exotic that lest him know your sexy. he will speat then.

just be yourself. no guy (unless you are really scary) is going to run from you if you just say hi. Ask his friends what he likes. If he likes coffee or certain places to eat ask if he wants to come with and grab something.

if hes flirting he will prolly talk to you and stay close and you can ask him out to see if he likes you or you can like be real nice to him and talk and hang out to get him to like you
