i do not belive in evolution or the big bang. they do not make sense at all. God did create the universe and all that stuff.. and even IF evolution is real..why dont apes turn to humans today? why would it just stop?? if it were real, we would still see gorillas and monkeys turning into humans..but nope they dont, they stay gorillas and monkeys because that's how God made them..anyone agree??

Evolution is a processes that can take millions of years to come to a state where you'll notice it. Evolution has been proven if you did a little research into the work that has done with smaller life forms like mice and fruit flys you would have a very hard time thinking it doesnt. Evolution as a belief does not mean one has to stop believing in God imo but it does make you question some of the dogma out there in religions. Also if you havent noticed monkeys and apes in zoos are becoming more and more human like in there ability to communicate. That may have nothing to do with genes but then again its possible evolution is playing a roll in this somehow. So your statement that it has stoped may be totaly off base.

Look, as you seem to want to avoid the appearance of being a total science "noob", PLEASE listen to people.

Namely, if a theory doesn't make sense to you ... then this is either because:
A) It is really a bad theory that doesn't make sense to anybody; or
B) Somebody has explained it badly to you.

Since the theory makes sense to a lot of people including the overwhelming majority of scientists in the world (well over 98%), then can you at least consider the *remote* possibility that the answer might be (B). Please ... at least *consider* it.

I am telling you this with all kindness, that whereever you got your information about evolution, you owe it to yourself to get your information somewhere else. You would not trust an athiest to explain the Bible to you ... so why do you trust Creationists to explain evolution to you. And this includes people who tell you you "hit the nail on the head" ... they either don't understand it AT ALL either, or they are deliberately lying to you. Listening to these people will keep you a permanent "noob."

The reason it doesn't make sense to you ... is that you just don't understand even the BASICS of the theory of evolution AT ALL.

It is not about "apes turning into humans" it is about an entire ancestral *species* that split into two species when two populations got separated genetically. One went on to become the modern apes, the other went on to become modern humans. This process took *millions* of years (literally 6 million years since the split of humans from the other apes). It is not something we would see in a lifetime, or several lifetimes, or even 100,000 years.

If you are an intelligent person (and I am assuming you are), you would at least try to understand the BASICS of a theory that the vast majority of scientists accept, before you reject it. Otherwise you are just burying your head in the sand ... afraid of understanding the theory in case it starts to make sense to you.

God gave you a brain. It is NOT honoring God to refuse to use it.

Evolution is a well proven theory. If you are interested in the evidence, see Wikipedia, the free, online encyclopedia at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evolution#Evidence_of_evolution

Evolution is a continuing process. Therefore, other primates are still evolving, and so are humans. This does not mean that these other primates will become humans; they will become something new.

Evolution is not in conflict with God or religion. Is it so hard to accept that evolution is a method that God uses to His own ends? Who are we to say that God did or did not, should or should not, use evolution in His grand scheme of things?

Modern apes never evolved into modern Man. A primitive proto-ape evolved into the modern apes including man. We have to go back farther to find a common ancestor with monkeys. We just evolved on a very different path. Modern Man, apes and monkeys continue to evolve.

Your belief means nothing. Educate yourself.

That is the proof that God made this universe and that evolution is not real. according to your question, since there is no evolution, monkeys and apes do not turn into human.
although some people still believe in revolution which i think is stupid because then where did apes and monkeys come from?
did they fall from the sky?
did they grow from trees?

For the last time monkeys, apes and humans have common ancestors. It does not matter what you believe, the truth will be true, regardless of belief and the truth does not need your belief to be true. You have been given some web sites that you may use to expunge your ignorance, but I have a felling you won;t be doing that.

apes never turned into humans in the first place.

instead of just swallowing hook line and sinker what your uninformed sunday school teachers are telling you about "evolution", you should try actually learning about it.

if you learn about it from a real scientist, you'll pick up on facts like HUMANS AND APES AND MONKEYS AND CHIMPS SHARED A COMMON ANCESTOR THEY"RE NOT ALL DIRECTLY DESCENDED FROM EACH OTHER.

congrats it's been less than 24 hours since I last posted this answer to another clueless creationist.

you missed the point of evolution

you need a reason to change for change to occur,

do monkeys now need to be taller, walk upright and talk, given their current and should i mention restricted environments the answer is inevitably no.

I don't support any theories or beliefs on this issue I just thought I would point out the flaw in your thinking.

well... its not the actual monkey that changes. its the species that splits off and evolves over millions of years. i dont like close minded people. research a little into it before you bash it. nothing is left unexplained.

You have misunderstood the theory of evolution. According to the theory, we have a common ancestor
