Shock absorbers will reduce shock coming from the strings, but don't do anything for frame vibrations. They don't effect play at all, just feel. Absorbers also can keep your strings from making a "pinging" sound.
Try your racket with an absorber and without. Go with whatever feels better. It really comes down to the feel you prefer.

I play without them, my coach says the shock tells you you are playing your stroke in a wrong grip or your grip is slightly wrong she said the shock should serve as an incentive to be accurate in every stroke lol.

Yes, definatally. They make me hit the ball better and less shock is sent through my arms and body.

ah yes. you see, they absorb vibration so that it doesnt go through your arm. now if you are around 40 years old or older, then you will really feel the difference, because it affects your joints

definitely! iplay soo much better with one compared to as i do when i dont.. its supposed to reduce shock so that u can focus on hitting the ball harder, quicker, and just win
