I have been an F&I Mgr for the past 9 years and I am burned out on the whole business. It has changed alot. I have been thinking about moving over to the Mtg. business but not sure what to do. Any suggestions or thoughts would be great. Thanks.

Start by drafting up a few resumes, an employment & salary history, and get the names and contact info of at least 3-5 good references. Then open up accounts on some of the larger employment sites:

http://www.monster.com
http://www.ajb.org
http://www.careerbuilder.com
http://www.hotjobs.com
http://(yourlocalnewspaperemploymentsection.com)

If you're good at networking (which I'm not), then you should have a better time at furthering your career.

Due to the low energy in the marketplace consider
looking into the travel server itself. The award of national
level funding that it assets the automotive market with is true.
Yet it is not in sales, it is defense, mineral restocking. You are
now aware of the never ceasing cycle of interactive investors,
and guess what, they are failed. The use of the new hybrid will
perservere and the major investment teams will fall back and
not feel anything as usual. You have to stop. Do not bolster
these people, they are freakee in the larger system. Get a
last look at moving to a team that is concerned for your health,
your knowledge, and the real client. At least look at a topline
investment portfolio that can gain the experiences by taking
on managing a better approach. Somewhere the shoppers
are lucky getting lower rates, safer, and sounder, go for a
winning front seat. You deserve the uplift. Blessings for good
workers is not a lesson, it is a privilege.

Restaurant management. You should be good at it. When you sell cars it's all about making the customer feel good/great about their purchase right. We'll that's what it is like when you are selling people dinner. Good luck.

Yes, because your soul is dying.

Try spiritual development first. Then ask GOD for direction, and if you don't feel close to GOD, who moved?
GOD needs a good challenge and GOD loves challenges, so go ahead ask away, anything about you, your job, your family and most of all your lofe and relationships.

GOD bless
