Install the iTunes software that comes with it. Transfer your music into your iTunes library. Connect the iPod using the USB cable and iTunes will automatically sync your iPod with your library.

Alright. Buy the songs first, and go to file. Click "Sync" and wait for your iPod to get it. After, disconnect and check for it. Always do this after buying a song.
