Hello I have an ION iDM02 drum machine, and the problem I have is there is no volume coming out of the headphones and when I adjust the volume knob I hear a buzzing and crackling noise. I made sure the headphones are plugged in good, I tried to hook the machine to a speaker and I get the same results, the headphones work because I hooked them to my stereo and I didn’t have a problem there. Also I reset the machine to its default factory settings by holding down play + erase during power up and still no luck. Does anyone know the cause/fix for this problem? Thanks

Sounds like the headphone jack in your drum machine. Probably a wire came loose inside. You can take a chance and take it apart and try to fix it or take to someone who can....
