Password Forms?

What code do I need or program, etc. do I need that will allow me to post a form where the person types in a screen name and has to enter the right passsword and if they dont enter it right, then they dont sign into their account?

You can have you code access a table in a Access database. Have the username and password in the same record. you could do it with a text file too and populate a array and do it that way. You have a lot of options.
