I mean GAvin could have any girl he wanted. He's considered hot.
He's a millionaire. Doesn't need money.
Yet he dated Gwen for 6 years and had to fly back and forth to LA and London to be with her.
Then he married Gwen and now they had a baby boy and been married for 4 years.
Is it that he loves Gwen so much?

yes, he loves her. why else would he be with her for so long and marry her and have a child with her.

I don't know, they are a cute couple. To be honest, I would expect to see Gwen with an American guy.

They seem to be and they're lucky not to have the constant intrusion into their marriage like some famous couples do (although most of them have brought in on themselves) but you never know....
