Let's just say you have a craving for M&Ms. Substitute it with baby carrots or somethign healthy that you like. Your body craves mroe junk food IF u eat a lot of junk food. Tone that down by eating fruits/veggies etc.

Think about something else.
Mostly something gross, that way you won't want it anymore
Or think about what bad stuff would happen if you don't ignore your craving.

Smash your finger with a hammer. It will hurt but you will forget about that craving you had..... at least until you get home from the hospital.

I have found that whatever the craving, it's best just to give in or you will go mad.... a slow, eventual loss of all sanity....

Grab a bottle of water and substitute that if I am dieting. If I am not dieting there is no ignoring it. We've got to go without until we reach our goals.
