I cant figure out what is wrong with me. i cry alot lately even over stupid things. i feel that no one is ever going to like me just for me. that i am fat and ugly. i getting really tired of feeling like this. i just quit smoking because i thought i would feel better about myself. i just feel worse. what do i need to do to get these thoughts out of my head.

Hey first you got to like your self. Stop trying to race the world to the finish line. Take some time for your self. don't try to be loved just be your self and you will be loved. Stop judging your self just be!

What are you doing to help you quit smoking? If you are already having problems and then you are jolting your body by taking away nicotine at the same time it is going to make things seem wayyyyy worse. This may sound cliche, but seriously, find a support group in your area, maybe a chat line or something.....if you can afford it, try a counselor.....or if you have one, a really great friend. Don't feel ashamed to feel sad and admit it to someone else. Cry all you want.....its part of healing. Love yourself.....no matter what. Love is abundant in your life, all you have to do is open your eyes to it and believe. Talking heals, try it out.

Well, to get rid of your thoughts you can exercise, and then you will know that you won't be fat, and I know how you feel, I experience(d) all of what you did but the cigarette thing (I'm still underage). A way you can avoid, what you call, depression is just by relaxing and taking deep breaths. You can take more classes to get you more busy and try to improve your education and if that still makes you sad you can just go to nature parks, enjoy the fresh breeze, and think about things that make you happy, and your goals in life and how you can achieve them.
Also, make sure your friends aren't the ones influencing you (or family members, etc.). Try to go beyond life on earth and try to think about things you never thought about.
Since you just stopped cigarettes it will be hard for you to get out of depression because you just took away your habit.
If you have been rejected from date then don't give up!! You can still get/ hang out with more people.

Smoking is an anti-anxiety. When you quit you must face the emotions that you were previously covering up. I suggest reading self-help books. walking breathing deeply etc... crying is good.... maybe an art form put the pain on canvas.....

well its because u just quit smokin, in consequence ur fealin depressed cuz ur used to smoke. But if its not that, its maybe because ur self-confidence fell, maybe cuz ur ugly or wtv u said. Try to do something so that u can feel proud about urself and raise up ur confidence.

do not think that you are fat and ugly. because you are beautiful in One's eyes. try to be happy and do not do those things that you used to do..(attempts to feel better).

do new happier things. try new things out with a close person. feel better about yourself by enjoying yourself.

I went thru all that only w/o the smoking. Go to www.lollie.com this woman is a miracle worker and she changed my life. I'm totally (well, almost) carefree now! Please help ur self!! I did and I feel super!

you should get professional help if you don't feel better soon but exercise help depression even a simple walk

just forget them....if someone dont like u for who u are they are stupit so dont hang out with them....i felt the same as u i used to cry every day and night for two years!!!! but i got over it...now i hang with people who like me for me...

do what you like to do. but don't smoke again.what i do when I'm depressed i listen to music or even read.
