I am pregnant and I dont know when my last period was :( But I have a few clues on how far along I am if anybody could help me.....I tested Thursday November 23rd and got a Negative, I felt cramping like my period was coming so the evening of Monday November 27 I tested again and it was positive.I used an equate brand.When do you think I got pregnant? Please dont answer if you have a smart remark....serious answers only.

You can't really tell how pregnant you are from taking pregnancy tests. The tests only measure whether your body is making a certain hormone that is produced only during pregnancy. Most people will test positive for the hormone at around 4-5 weeks. Pregnancies are measured from the date of your last period, not the date of conception. Another important thing to consider is your ovulation cycle, or the amount of time between periods. Most women have a 28 day cycle, but some have longer cycles and this can affect the due date calculations and fetal age of the baby. Based on your tests and a standard cycle, I would say that your last period was around Oct. 28th and that you likely conceived sometime between the 9th or 13th of November. In a few more weeks you should be able to go to your OB and they will do an ultra sound to more acurately determine the gestation age of your baby. According to the chart I have your approx. due date would be Aug. 5th or somewhere around the first 2 weeks on August.

If you tested positive on the 27th, I would imagine that you were a couple of days past when you would have been starting your next period. In that manner, I would guess you are somewhere around 6-7 weeks pregnant, and that you probably conceived somewhere around the 10-12th.

since your first test was negative, probably about a month before that placing you at the end of october. ultrasounds will be the most accurate for the date. or go to the doctors office and ask them to let you look at the pregancy wheel. line up the 'positive result' line with nov. 27 and it will map out your last period, date you conceived, how far you are, and your due date. it wont ge exact as an ultrasound but it will be pretty close

If you tested negative on the 23rd...chanced are you were too early for the test to pick it up.
Then positive on the 27th.....I would guess 4 weeks

you should be about 4-5 weeks pregnant !
The doctor will tell you for sure how much along you are .

i had cramping on both my pregnancies.......before I even discovered that i was pregnant. I think you should believe the equate brand pregnancy test.
