You wouldnt be able to walk. And If you could walk and the pull isnt bad, it should hurt when you run, or in this case, skate. If you pulled it, it'll get worse if you continue to play. Try stretching it and seeing if it helps. If you need to, use some kind of cream like Icy Hot.
