If you are well, then maybe put a little blush beore going to the dance class. Some of us have naturally pale looking skin and that is why make up is invented to make us look the way we wanted to be. Hope this will help.

I am really pale too. I think it is the normally cold temperature of the room. Just make sure you are stretching. Oh, another thing, make sure you are breathing. I know it sounds funny, but we had to practice breathing in my pro dance classes, because it is really important.

Get to a doctor. Tell the doctor your symptoms.
you could be diabetic or have some other problem that needs medication. Only the doc can listen to the symptoms and order the proper tests.
GOD bless

I am a dancer and dance teacher for past 15 years. Its my personal experience. Drink a lot of water. If suits to you, you can add glucose also. you will have positive results. It will increase your stamina also. I advise this to my students also. They get positive results.

I would suggest a Doctor. Strongly. I would avoid exerting yourself, especially if you notice any bluish discoloration in finger tips or lips; or if you sweat. Could be a minor and easily repairable heart defect.

Sounds like your blood sugar may be low, try eating some fruit just before you dance.
